Hiçbirini. Uygulama hesap açmanı istemez; ad, e-posta, telefon numarası veya kimlik bilgisi sormaz. Uygulamada girdiğin her şey — dürtü kayıtların, kaymaların, günlüğün, harcama tahminlerin, ruh hali notların, güvendiğin kişinin numarası — telefonunun içinde kalır. Bizim bu verilere erişimimiz yoktur ve bir kopyası bizde bulunmaz.
Tüm kayıtlar cihazının içinde, SQLCipher ile şifrelenmiş bir veritabanında tutulur. Şifreleme anahtarı cihazının güvenli deposunda (iOS Anahtar Zinciri / Android Keystore) üretilir ve orada kalır; anahtar uygulamanın kodunda gömülü değildir ve cihazdan çıkmaz. Uygulamanın kod tabanında hiçbir ağ isteği bulunmaz; yani veriler teknik olarak dışarı gönderilemez.
Verilerini kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz. Uygulamada reklam ağı, analitik aracı veya kullanıcı takip teknolojisi yoktur. Uygulama içindeki bazı butonlar senin isteğinle telefon uygulamasını (örneğin YEDAM 115) veya tarayıcını (örneğin BetBlocker sayfası) açar; bu durumda ilgili uygulamaya yalnızca senin bastığın numara ya da adres iletilir, kayıtların iletilmez.
Verilerini istediğin an dışa aktarabilir ya da silebilirsin. İkisinin kapsamı aynı değil; bunu açıkça yazıyoruz. Dışa aktarma, kayıtlarının büyük bölümünü okunabilir bir metin olarak verir: serin, dürtü kayıtların (en yeni 1000 tanesi), nedenlerin, rutinlerin, eğer-o zaman planların, kalkanların, para hedefin ve karşılama yanıtların. İki hassas kalem — öz-değerlendirme yanıtların (kendine zarar verme sorusunun cevabı dahil) ve güvendiğin kişinin adı ile numarası — yalnızca sen istersen çıktıya girer: dışa aktarmaya bastığında bunları dışarıda bırakma seçeneği sunulur. Hangisini seçtiysen, çıktının kendi içinde yazılıdır. Bu sürümde çıktının dışında kalanlar da var: kayma kayıtlarının tek tek satırları (yalnızca toplam tutar dahildir), günlük check-in'ler, rutin tamamlama geçmişi, borç kayıtları, seri geçmişinin tek tek satırları, arşivlenmiş rutinler ve dürtü kaydındaki "öncesinde ne oldu" notu. Neyin dahil olduğu da neyin kalmadığı da çıktının kendi içinde tek tek yazılıdır, tahmin etmen gerekmez.
Silme ise eksiksizdir: Ayarlar bölümündeki "Tüm verilerimi sil" seçeneği veritabanının tamamını ve şifreleme anahtarını cihazından kalıcı olarak kaldırır — dışa aktarımın kapsamadığı kayıtlar dahil, istisnasız her şey gider. Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Uygulamayı silmen de tüm verilerin ortadan kalkması anlamına gelir, çünkü başka bir kopyası yoktur.
Bu uygulama yetişkinler içindir ve 18 yaşından küçüklerin kullanımı için tasarlanmamıştır. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız — zaten hiç kimseden veri toplamıyoruz.

In short: this app collects nothing, sends nothing to a server, and shares nothing with third parties. Everything you write stays encrypted on your own phone.
Nothing. The app never asks you to create an account, and never asks for your name, email, phone number, or any identity document. Everything you enter — urge logs, slips, journal entries, spending estimates, mood notes, your trusted contact's number — stays inside your phone. We have no access to it and hold no copy.
All records are kept on your device in a database encrypted with SQLCipher. The encryption key is generated in your device's secure store (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and stays there; it is not embedded in the app's code and never leaves the device. The codebase contains no network requests at all, so the data cannot technically be sent anywhere.
We share your data with no one. The app contains no advertising network, no analytics tool, and no user-tracking technology. Some buttons open your phone app (for example a helpline) or your browser (for example the BetBlocker page) when you choose to tap them; in that case only the number or address you tapped is passed to that app — never your records.
You can export or delete your data at any time. The two do not cover the same ground, and we would rather say so plainly. The export gives you most of your records as readable text: your streak, your urge logs (the 1000 most recent), your reasons, routines, if-then plans, shields, money goal, and onboarding answers. Two sensitive items — your self-assessment answers (including your reply to the self-harm question) and your trusted contact's name and number — are only included if you choose to include them: when you tap export, you are offered the option to leave them out. Whichever you chose is recorded inside the export itself. Some things are left out in this version: the individual slip entries (only the total amount is included), daily check-ins, routine completion history, debt records, the individual rows of your streak history, archived routines, and the "what happened just before" note on an urge log. What is included and what is not is listed inside the export itself, so you never have to guess.
Deletion, by contrast, is complete: the "Delete all my data" option in Settings permanently removes the entire database and the encryption key from your device — everything goes, including the records the export does not cover. This cannot be undone. Deleting the app also erases all your data, because no other copy exists.
This app is intended for adults and is not designed for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children — we do not collect data from anyone.
